Help spread the word by donating to our Impact Campaign
Following the 2011 Fukushima disaster in Japan, Southern Californians organized to permanently close the long-troubled San Onofre plant in 2013 and are continuing to work to ensure tons of lethal radioactive waste is stored as safely as possible for eternity.
Documenting this critical, but little-known struggle, SOS - The San Onofre Syndrome informs and inspires others faced with aging reactors in their communities, and challenges the nuclear industry now aggressively advocating for a whole new generation of nuclear power plants.
Our ongoing impact campaign needs your support so we can continue to organize screening events with meaningful and inspiring dialogue and actions around the country and beyond. Please help us mobilize and activate audiences to address this critical issue.
